All orders are shipped worldwide from our warehouse located in Bethlehem, the Holy Land. Usually it takes 1 - 3 business days to process your order before we ship.

Most orders are shipped via Express Mail Services or Registered mail. It takes about 3 - 10 business days for an orders to reach our customers.

Other shipping methods can be used if requested. Here is a list of some shipping options that may help you:

Express Mail Services (EMS): 3 -10 business days days for delivery From 0.01 km to 20 km

This is one the main shipping services that we are using and highly recommend to use and select. Once you place an order it take between 1 to 3 business days for us to be processed and ship.

EMS is a shipping service that is delivered via plane with a maximum weight up to 20 kg (44 pound). Once your order is delivered we will provide you with a tracking number which allows you to track and check the status of your order. To track your order, click here

Registered Mail: 3- 10 business days for delivery From 0.01 km to 2 km

Once your order is received it will take between 1 to 3 business days to  process and ship your order. Registered Mail is a shipping service that is delivered via plane with a maximum weight up to 2 kg (4.4 pound). Registered mail service is less expensive than EMS and shipped but without any tracking number.

MULTIPLE PACKAGES:

It's always our goal to ship your items together; however, we keep our prices low by partnering with multiple fulfillment centers to provide the best possible prices. In some cases your items will be shipped together, other times they'll be shipped in separate packages.

With some orders, we ask the warehouse to split the items to eliminate the risk of customs or import charges. Depending on the location, this often means that larger orders will be broken up in to separate packages.

Not only does this help to avoid unexpected import charges, but it also means that your packages will show up more quickly.

CUSTOMS:

Depending on your location, import or customs charges may be applicable when your package arrives. Although additional fees are rare, we ask our suppliers to list the value of your order at a minimum to reduce the risk of extra charges.

We ARE NOT responsible for customs fees once your items ship out. Although we've yet to hear about a customer being charged import fees, it's your responsibility to determine if there will be any customs charges in your country. But since the products are made here in the Holy Land it is tax exempt for majority of the countries.

PLEASE EXAMINE YOUR MERCHANDISE UPON ARRIVAL!

If the package(s) arrive at your location with noticeable damage to the outer carton or if you have any damages please:

1- Save broken item(s) and packing material in original shipping carton. Damage must be reported to us within 3 business days of the receipt of order.

2- Please make sure to take a picture of the damaged items and the box and email it to us.

3- Immediately notify us and please refer to our refund policy relating to returns.
